Some forms' submissions are missing.

I need to know where Jotform has put my form submissions.

I have several forms that are missing the submissions.

My form "Strategy Session Request" https://www.jotform.com/build/242274088404153

It is missing years of submissions / data.

Why would Jotform delete these and how will you get them back for me?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your Strategy Session Request form, and there's currently one submission only. When I checked the Trashed entries, there are no entries in there, as shown in the screenshot below:

I also checked whether the Auto-Delete Submission feature is enabled, and it's not.

To clarify, did you have more than one submission before you realized the issue? Also, aside from the mentioned form, can you tell us which other forms have missing submissions?
