Someone told me they filled out our form and paid through paypal

One of our supporters said that they filled out our jotform and paid through paypal but they were not directed back to the form to submit it. They said that the money has already came out of their bank account but we have no record of it. Is there any way to check our link to our paypal to make sure it is working properly?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and can't see any submissions on that form. I also cloned your form and saw that you have a notification email and autoresponder email set. Whenever there is a submission on your form, you and your suppporters will receive a copy of the submission through email as proof. You can easily check your form submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

• On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page. This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.

I understand that but is there a way to check to see if the form is directing people to the correct paypal account?

I've checked your Classic Snow Crab Night Tickets form from our system, and it appears that you've integrated your form with PayPal Business. You may log in to your PayPal Business Account and check  if there's any payment that went through there. You may check out this link on how to view your PayPal Transactions.
