Google Sheets: File Upload links not working 10-15% of the time

This issue occurs in most of our forms, but it is most problematic in the Course Substitution Request form. About 10-15% of the time, the upload link in the google sheet (integration) does not work; so you then have to either log-in to jotform to access the uploaded docs; or, you can go to the email notification with the request, and the upload like does work there (it's just dead in the actual google sheet). Again, this is only some of the time, not all the time. Please advise.

    Hi ESIA,

Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. I cloned your last form but can't replicate the issue. I was able to open/download the File Uploaded through the links in Google Sheets. Check out my screencast below to see my results:

I understand that it's not always happening, but for us to investigate the issue, can you share a short screen recording for us to see the issue from your perspective? You can upload it to Google Drive or any cloud storage and then share the link here so we can view it. You can also share the affected submission IDs, and we'll try to replicate the issue on our end.

Once we hear back from you, we'll have a better idea of what's going on and how to help.

    Hi ESIA,

I downloaded an Excel copy of the submission IDs that you mentioned to test the Upload link, and it's working as expected. The generated upload link should be the same as what's sent to the Google Sheet integration.

Would it be okay if you are to copy the submission's data for these submissions from the integrated Google Sheet and then paste it on a separate Google sheet? After that, send the shareable link to this sheet so we can take a look on it. We might be able to find the cause of the issue on the actual submission data that's sent through the integration.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
