Approval Flow: When someone in the approval process asked something related or just for some information how can we do it?

    Hello Support

    My users want to comment on the forms they submitted, or when someone in the approval process asked something related or just for some information. They want it like how Jira Service Management works.

    Is it possible? Thank you

    Hi itservicedesk253,

    You can enable the Request More Information option from the Advanced tab of the Approval Properties, which will allow your approver to ask for additional information to form fillers. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. In the Workflow page, click on the Gear Icon of the Approval element to open Approval Properties.

    2. Go to Advanced tab, toggle On for the Request More Information option.

    3. The Approver will have to click on Go to Inbox in the Approval email they have received.

    4. In Jotform Inbox page, scroll down to the bottom part of the submission.

    5. On the Approval Step portion, click on the 3 Vertical Dots and the Request More Info button will appear.

    6. Click on it and the Email modal will appear, then you can proceed to Send it.

    Hello Support

    Have tried the solution you offer before i made this ticket, CMIIW, that goes to email right? my user wants to stay in inbox

    For example like in Jira Service Management, below SS with added sketches

    so the conversation happens just below the related inbox body, where the current approvers take place, like for example.... in reddit's threads
