Product List: Unwanted orders/items are added even though it was not chosen when you delete and add the quantity back

    Hello there! May I ask for some help? I'm a bit stuck right now and don't know what to do.


    I have just recently tried using Jotforms, and my clients and I have experienced some technical problems. Here are the complaints we received:

    1. Can't click the "review my order" button.

    2. Auto refreshing happens, which deletes the details provided by the recipient.

    3.

    It doesn't accept other options provided inside the form, either marked as 'red' or an error occurred.

    4.

    Some added product/item options are not reflected on the form after editing. 

    5. Unwanted orders/items are added even though it was not chosen.


    We're just a starter and hoping you'll help us resolve these issues, as this will be our deciding factor in whether to 'upgrade' our plan in the future.

    And also, if these problems are resolved, what's the next tier we must upgrade to?

    Hello Details and Pieces,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the link to your form and I'm unable to replicate the issues that you have mentioned. I was able to click the Review My Order button, the pages didn't reload automatically, and the unwanted items weren't selected automatically. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I just cleared your form cache, if the issue persists, can you clear your browser's cache or try logging out and back in, or use a different browser? If nothing has changed, please provide us with the console report from the same browser where you are experiencing the issue so we can investigate it further?

    In line with this problem/issue: "Unwanted orders/items are added even though it was not chosen." Although the box hasn't been ticked, it still reflects once the "Review my order" button is clicked.     Hi detailsandpiecesorders,

    I looked over your provided screen recording and see that it's working as intended. Keep in mind that the default quantity in Product List is 1. So when you delete the quantity and set it back to 1, our system recognizes that you want the Product so it checks/selected the product. As for your request to change the default quantity back to 0, I moved it to a new thread, so I can escalate it separately. You can check that out here.
