Unable to set new card as Primary card

    Hi there, I have added a new credit card for payment which was completed all fine. But I cannot now set it as the new Primary Card and then remove the old card which is now expired.

    If you can please assist.

    Hello Andrew,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you try to do it in incognito mode or try clearing your browser cache and cookies, as this should solve the issue?

    Hi there, I tried this and also using Edge instead of Chrome and same result. So unfortunately not resolved.

    Hi Andrew,

    Can you indicate to us the last 4 digits of the card you'd like to set as primary? We can try setting it from our end, when requested.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Sure if it can please be the new backup card which ends in 4526 which is then the new Primary Card.

    Hi Andrew,

    As requested, we have updated your primary card to the card ending in 4526. Future payments will be paid using this card.
