    Hi Karen,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to this form? If yes, then I checked the form, and it is currently connected to Stripe Checkout. You can easily change your payment gateway to Afterpay. Let me show you how:

    1. In your Form Builder, click the Add Form Element on the left side of your page.
    2. Go to the Payments tab, and click the three-vertical dot icon beside the Stripe Checkout.
    3. In the dropdown, select the Switch to another Gateway.
    4. Select the Afterpay in the pop-up dialog, and click the Use SelectionContinue the integration by connecting to your Square account. Integrate Afterpay through Stripe Image 1 Screenshot 20

You can also check out this guide on How to Integrate Jotform with Afterpay.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Does it have to be connected to my Square account. I’m concerned about the banking that’s associated with the Square. It’s not the account that I need it to go to

    Hi Karen,

Unfortunately, it's not currently possible to include the Afterpay option in your Stripe Checkout. As of now, you can only use Square to include Afterpay as another payment option or connect with Afterpay separately. You can also make multiple payment options in your form. You can check out this guide on how to do that. With this, you need to have 3 forms and connect them via Iframe: 1 for the main form, 1 for the form that uses Stripe Checkout, and 1 for Afterpay.

If you want, we can create a workaround for this, but note that your preferred flow, which is to include the Afterpay inside the Stripe Checkout, is still not possible.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Ok so you’re saying that even if I use Afterpay separately it has to be used with Square.

l am trying to use a pay in 4 method and so I changed to Paypay for business. Can I use stripe in addition to PayPal in 4

    Hi Karen,

Please note that you can only use 1 payment gateway in your form. Also, PayPal Business does not include Stripe in the button options that appear during checkout. If you want, we can escalate this as a feature request. But when or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Yes I would like to use paypal in 4 and the debit card option I currently have, but it doesn’t seem to show PayPal in 4, just other PayPal options.

    Hi Karen,

Before we escalate this as a feature request, can you confirm if you saw Pay Later during checkout? Please note that the Pay in 4 is included when you select the Pay Later option. You can refer to this article for your guide.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi Karen,

Can you provide more details about your preferred user experience for the payment options? For example, do you want users to be able to choose between Afterpay and Stripe on the same form, or would you prefer separate forms for each payment method?

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hello, I would love for users to be able to use the same form for Stripe and Afterpay, however I am open to them using different forms if it can’t be accomplished otherwise.

    Hi Karen,

Thanks for your patience. Unfortunately, it is not possible to have Stripe and Afterpay payment methods in the same form. As a workaround that you already mentioned before, you can use multiple forms to add more than one Payment Integration to your form. We’ll need to use the iFrame Embed widget, a Single Choice element, and the Conditions feature along with the existing payment gateway. Let me show you how to set it up:

First, we'll create a form for the additional Payment option:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Create Form.
    2. Select Start From Scratch and then choose a Form Layout.
    3. On the Form Builder page, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the screen.
    4. Under the Payment tab, choose the other Payment Integration that you want to use.

Now, let's add the iFrame Embed widget to the form you want to use with two payment options:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the screen.
    2. Click on the Widgets tab, search for iFrame Embed and drag and drop it to your form.
    3. In the menu on the right, under the General tab, paste the Frame URL of the other form.
    4. Next to the Iframe Embed widget, click on the Gear icon and change the Height option as you want.

Then, let's add a Single Choice element:

    1. While in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the screen.
    2. In the menu on the left, under the Basic Elements menu, drag and drop a Single Choice element.
    3. Change the label and the options so that users can choose the payment method.

Finally, we need to set up conditions. Let's do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
    3. Then, click on the Show/Hide Field option.

    4. Set up the conditions as you see below and click on Save:

Integrate Afterpay through Stripe Image 6 Screenshot 155

Now, you'll be able to have more than one Payment option on your form. Check out my screencast below to see how it works:

In relation to the error you recently sent, are you referring to this form ID 230372333243143? if so I cloned and tested it to replicate the issue and it works properly as it should. Check out the screenshot below:

In my cloned form, I used Stripe payment integration. Have you used a different payment method when you had that error message? I would also suggest reconnecting the payment integration to make sure it is properly connected and set up. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on wand icon on the Product List field,

    2. Click on gear icon on the right top corner.

    3. Click Connected button and click Reconnect.

    4. And click Connect to connect your payment gateway account again.

Give it a try and reach out again if you need any help.
