    Hi,

I am trying to create an integration in one of my forms and the zap template is there- Jotform to ABC Trainerize. I am trying to upload the submitted form to the client profile in Trainerize. The only thing it uploads is a text file. Can someone please look at this with me?

Jotform & Zapier > Trainerize: Unable to send attached file Image 2 Screenshot 61Jotform & Zapier > Trainerize: Unable to send attached file Image 3 Screenshot 72

This is the area where the breakdown happens.

    Thanks for the help

    Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You might need to uncheck the setting "Require log-in to view uploaded files" in your account. Let me walk you through the steps:

    1. Click your Avatar at the top right of the screen.
    2. Click on Settings
    3. Click on Security at the left sidebar.
    4. Uncheck Require Login to View Uploaded Files.

Additionally, you might consider reaching out to Zapier's support team for more troubleshooting on their side.

Give it a try and let us know if you have more questions.

I have done the above and it is still not working. where do I find the actual file for the submissions of a particular form? I am attempting to have this zap (which is a zap template in Jotform) to perform the file upload function in ABC Trainerize however while following the steps in the template, there doesn't appear to be a map to the file. I don't believe this to be a zapier issue so I do not want to contact them for support and waste more time. Can you access my account and try to see where the problem is? Thank you

    Hi Jennifer,

I appreciate your patience. The template is for uploading files to existing Clients in ABC Trainerize. I have tried replicating the template, and it's uploading attachments. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the Configure tab from the Upload Attachments menu on the right.
    2. Enter the client's email from the form in the Email field.
    3. For the File field, enter the link below replacing {submission_id} with the Submission ID from Zapier.
    https://jotform.com/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF&sid={submission_id}

It should look like this after these steps:

Jotform & Zapier > Trainerize: Unable to send attached file Image 1 Screenshot 30

Check the screenshot below for the result:

Jotform & Zapier > Trainerize: Unable to send attached file Image 2 Screenshot 41

Give it a try, and let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
