Feature Request: How to identify which Approval comment corresponds to Approval Element on a multi Approval Flow?

How can I know which comment I should select? How do I know to which approval there are referring in my entire approval flow?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Approval Comments feature is associated with each stage of your Approval Flow when approvers send their responses in the Inbox. The reason you see 8 different comment options in the Approval Fields dropdown menu is that you have an 8-stage flow. Each option corresponds to a specific stage of the approval process.

To display a comment in the email, select the comment from the approval stage you wish to show. Simply choose the number of the specified approval stage to configure which comment will be included in the email.

However, my approval flow is quite complex, and I am not sure how to identify the number associated with each stage. Could you please clarify how I can find out which number is linked to each specific stage in my approval flow?

I'm sorry, I'm not sure to get the form you're referring to, I got a sight into form ID 242061884104047, named Project Closure Form, but I didn't find any approval element, only forms prefilled through conditions on forms fields. Can you provide us with the form ID or name in question?

I have checked your Approval Form, and it shows that you have Multiple Approval Element. It also has different email content as well. We suggest you take note which Approver will receive that certain Approval required so you can identify which comment field has to be added. Unfortunately, there is no way in identifying which Approval Comment is in each Approval Element:

If you assign specific names to approval elements, these names will also appear in the email variable names for approvals.
