How do I add a welcome page?

    How do i add a welcome page to my form?

    I have one form where i have the option that says edit welcome page, but my newest form doesn't have it.

    The welcome page can be added on the same place where the edit welcome page button is placed on:

    please kindly note that this will be available only for card forms, where one question is displayed at a time, for classic forms the welcome page is not available.
