Microsoft Teams Integration: Could not authenticate due to Microsoft 365 license

Every time I go to authenticate Microsoft Teams I get a red bubble that says could not authenticate check your Microsoft 365 licenses but we pay for Microsoft 365 every month to have the license so I am confused on what to do. It also Says you cannot use a personal email you have to use a business one and ours is a business one as well.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. A possible reason why you're getting that error when integrating Microsoft Teams on your form because of invalid license on the email address. Please make sure that your Microsoft 365 subscription is active and includes Teams, and you're using the correct email address and password.
