My jot form submissions are coming into the mail box in Jotform instead of coming into my mail box which is parkingpermit@parkguardservices.com
Also users uploading the completed Jot form are NOT getting a confirmation of the email. They just get a pop up of thank you page.
Please assist asap.
thanks

To my understanding, you're not receiving an email notification to parkingpermit@parkguardservices.com.
I checked our email logs and all emails were sent successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
Please try changing your sender email to noreply@jotform.com. You can find it in the notification email advanced settings page. Here's a screenshot:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes. Thank you.

Unfortunately you don't seem to understand my problem. Here below see a test mail sent by me from the SUBMIT BUTTON in your form. The email comes to your Jot form in box BUT DOES NOT COME INTO THE "IN BOX" of my mail box.
THIS EMAIL HAS TO COME TO MY MAIL BOX which is parkingpermit@parkguardservices.com
Can you please fix this issue asap and assist. All updates in the form are done as per you say, still I do not receive the email in "my" email inbox. It comes in Jot Form IN box which it should not be. If a copy comes there we don't mind.
thanks.

We do apologize for the inconvenience.
I have checked the mail logs and it seems you're using SMTP in sending notification emails.
Kindly check your SMTP settings again and verify if all details are correct.
