I have created a form (https://www.jotform.com/build/242498331732156) and published the link to a website to receive registration information for an upcoming event. My co-leader has attempted to use the form twice. Each time he was able to use the payment processing and PayPal actually transferred his money to my account. However, none of the data he filled out was sent to me, and there do not appear to be any "Submissions" in my inbox. This leads me to 2 questions:
1. What am I doing wrong? Is the form correctly published?
2. What should I actually be expecting to see when someone fills out the registration form?

Hi Scott,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you received the payment but didn't get any email notification or any submission in your Jotform Table, it is possible that the submission went to the Pending Payment section. Here's how to check that:
- On your My Forms page, select the form by ticking the checkbox beside it.
- After selecting the form, click the Submissions button at the upper part of your page. You will then be redirected to the Jotform table page.
To view the Incomplete submission in your Jotform table:
- In your Jotform Table, click the three-vertical dots icon beside your table tab.
- In the dropdown, select Pending Payment.
- In the Pending payments, hover over your mouse on the submission with the incomplete payment and click the View Details button.
- Click the Complete button, and you should be able to view the submission in the Jotform Table.
You can also check out this guide on How to View Incomplete Submissions in Jotform Tables.
As for your 2nd question, please note that after the user fills out your form, the submission will automatically reflect in your Jotform table. You will also receive an email notification regarding the submission. You can check out this guide on How to View Form Submissions.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
