Good Afternoon,
I received notification that my upload space limit has been reached. I went in and deleted a substantial amount of items yesterday and was hoping that this would resolve the matter. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi Aaron,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and saw you're not over the limit right now. I've reactivated your account and cleared your form cache from our end. You can able to use your form right now. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
