Hi, a Jotform form that we have embedded on our website has suddenly stopped working. It was working until a few days ago.
The web developer says that it is a Jotform issue and that we need XML compliant code.
Here is the form - https://form.jotform.com/231726015526956
Here is the page it is embedded on - https://www.chabadnf.org/templates/articlecco_cdo/aid/3370136/jewish/Registration.htm
Please advise
Thank you

Hi hlmink,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the website, it seems the embed code needs to be reuploaded. Once you embed the Iframe code, the form should be visible again. Let me show how to get the Iframe Embed code:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
- Now, select iFrame, and copy the code.
- That's it. Embed the link on your webpage and you're done.
Check the results below:
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

<script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/231726015526956"></script>

Hi hlmink,
I checked the previous code on your website by viewing the code. It actually indicated that it was an Iframe code. That is why I recommended to re-embed with the Iframe code. Check the screencast from the previous page where the form is missing :
