    Hi schnaum,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to test your conditions, you just have to toggle the Preview Form in Form Builder.

Whats the best way to test conditions Image 1 Screenshot 30 Or you can copy the form URL and paste it on your browser. Let me show where to find this:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Select Quick Share from the left side window.
    3. From Share With Link, click on the Copy Link button and share it on this thread.Whats the best way to test conditions Image 2 Screenshot 41

OK WAIT there must of been a glitch..

    ALL is WELL now

This is my procedure for changing and testing my logic

    1. I open my form
    2. click on settings
    3. edit a condition
    4. click on build
    5. click on preview form
    6. Test the logic

That is working for me now.

    Hi schnaum,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested your conditional logic on a clone form and it shows that if you select My Vet is not listed it will show Vet's name and Vet's Phone Number I tested it and it worked on my end. Whats the best way to test conditions Image 1 Screenshot 20Also, the best way to test the condition is testing the actual form using Preview as mentioned previously by my colleague Lorevie.
