my upgrade was paid but it still shows me as a stater account

Hi Mark,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I checked the status of your account and I find out that it is already having a Bronze subscription since September 05, 2024. You can check your invoices and plan subscription. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture.
- Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
- Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
- You can view it in My Plan Section.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
