Create QR codes for each class.

My company conducts CEU education for health care practitioners. Our upcoming meeting will have 3 different tracks of education, with each track having different class times, presenters, etc. How do I link a qr code so that attendees can fill out and submit the attendance form to each specific class they attend with their name, certification number, etc?

You can check out our Attendance Sheet templates, which are fully customizable and designed for immediate use. Tailor them to meet your specific needs with ease and efficiency. Once you've created your forms, you can share it using a QR code. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Publish tab.
• Then, click on Quick Share on the left side of the page.
• Click on the QR Code button at the bottom of the Share Form section.
• The window that opens up will have the QR code to share your form.
