Hi Semaj,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi Semaj,
If you want to send out a notification on your app you can use the Push Notification feature for Jotform Apps, but please note that this feature is currently in Beta. Let me walk you through it:
- In App Builder, click on Settings in the purple navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Go to the Push Notification panel on the left side of the page.
- Toggle ON the Enable Push Notifications.
Now, you can edit your permission request message that displays in the app. Here’s how to do that:
- Click on Edit Permission Request under the Enable Push Notifications section, and then you can change the title and contents of the permission request, then click Save.
A permission request is shown in the app:
Now, you can send a notification to your user by filling up the Notification Title and Notification Content, then press Send.
Result after sending the notification:
You can also view the metrics of your notifications under the Push Notification History section. This section contains metrics such as how many subscribers you have, how many of them clicked on the sent notification, etc.
Please note that the users will only be able to receive these notifications if they allow your installed app to receive notifications.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
