Jotform Tables: Summarize with a Chart Feature

My other question is, when forms are submitted is there a "master list" that is generated that tallys all the orders from everyone together? That would be super helpful for when the fundrasier is over everything would be done for us.

In Jotform Tables, we have a Summarize with a Chart feature that you can use to count the total number of different products. It's easy to use. Let me show you how:

1. In your Jotform Tables page, click the Three Dots icon in the My Products column.
2. In the pop-up list, click on Summarize with a Chart.
3. You can change the chart type by clicking on Chart Graph icon on the top right side of the page.

I've made my form... do I need to publish it before I can see a table with
the submissions?

Hi Sarah,

You need to publish your form first to start receiving submissions, so that you can view them in the table. Simply copy the URL link of the form and share it with your user or client. You can find the form's URL on the Publish Page of the form builder. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. Under Quick Share, you can find the URL of the form.
3. Click on the Copy Link button to easily copy the URL of the form to share it with others to fill out and complete.
