I need help to create a form for the students lockers

I need to speak with someone about setting up our account or deleting our last year locker selection. someone to walk us through it.

If I understand you correctly, you want to build a form that allows students to select a locker. We have this Student Locker Selection Form template if you want to use. I checked your forms and saw that you already have a form for this function, you can clone it if you want to. This way, you can use keep using both of your forms without any need to delete the old one. Let me show you how to clone a form:

1. In My Forms, click on the Create Form button on the right side of your page.

2. Now, click on Import Form, then, paste the URL of your other form to clone it.

If you want to delete your old form, you can follow the steps below:

1. In My Forms, click on the form that you want to delete.

2. Now, click on More on the right side of it and click on the Move to Trash option.

3. Confirm the pop-up message to move your form to delete it.

4. Your form will be moved to Trash folder, you can find your deleted form there, it will be removed after 30 days, you can click on Purge to delete it immediately.

Please note that deleted forms and any submissions for those forms will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
