Hi poornima,
Please note that you can also check the expiration of your subscription on your account page. Let me show you how:
1. Log in to your Jotform account.
2. Hover on your avatar in the top right corner and click Settings.
3. Go to the Billing tab.
You can click "View Invoices" them click view and see the latest date to see you expiration date.

Here not showing Billing Option

Hi poornima,
It seems like a network or a browser issue on your end which could be the reason you are not able to see the billing tab. I have cleared your form caches as a precaution, please try again after clearing your browser cache. Also test it on a different browser or a device to see if the issue persists and if the issue persists share a screenshot of the console report we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

I have checked Other browser and incognito mode browser but not showing Billing option
can you check from you side date of subscripting expression -

Hi Poornima,
You can click on the Upgrade tab instead. It's the same page as the Billing tab. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the Settings page, click on the Upgrade tab on the left side of the page.
Then you can continue the steps provided by my colleague, Israel, to view your subscription expiration date.
