Hi Natalie,
I understand that you want to generate a submission link when someone fills out your form so they can view the details about the form they've filled out. You can do that by adding a submission link to the Thank You Page. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder and click on Settings.
2. Now, go to Thank you page tab on the left side of the screen.
3. Then, click on the "Action Buttons" button and click on the Visit Site
4. Now, paste the link below to the Enter URL Link field, and enter your Button Title
https://www.jotform.com/submission/{id}
You can also check out this Demo Form I created for you to see how it's done.
Give it a try and let us how it goes.

Hi Natalie,
Yes, you can share URLs on your Salesforce. Check out this guide on How to Integrate Jotform with Salesforce. Let me show how:
- In the Form Builder, select Settings.
- Select the Integrations tab.
- Search for Salesforce and click it.
- Click the Authenticate button to connect your Salesforce account.
- After connecting your account, select one of the following options: Create or update a record, or Find a record.
- Choose an object from the list. The integration supports all Salesforce standard and custom items.
- Map your form fields to the data fields of your preferred Salesforce object.
- You also have the option to Update if an existing record is found. Check the box and choose your form fields as the criteria for updating a record.
- Once completed, click the Save Action button to store this sort of action.
- Click the Save Integration button.
- When you click the Finish button, you are done. Every time you submit a form, Salesforce will receive the data.
That's it! Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi Natalie,
Yes, you can send via adding URL to the paragraph field and mapping it with the text field in Salesforce. LEt me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- In the Form Elements window that opens up, click on the Basic tab.
- Scroll down the list and click on Paragraph to add a Paragraph field to your form.
- Now, copy and paste the text from my colleague's response into the paragraph field.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi Natalie,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to share submission link to Salesforce. Because submission ID is generated after the form submission. As a workaround, you can use the third-party tool Zapier to send submission ID to Salesforce.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
