I need to know the following:
-If the email (or submission) the business gets can look like an actual calendar instead of listing it out?
- Can the same time/date be booked or can that be blocked off if it's previously booked? (For example, I book a pet-sitting visit for x amount of time. Is that time still visible to others that visit the website?)

Typically, once a time slot is booked, it should be blocked off to prevent double bookings. This means that the reserved time would no longer be visible or available for others to select on the booking website. The system should update in real-time to reflect the booking and show the slot as unavailable.

Hello Texrah,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The email received by the business can not resemble a calendar format but instead lists the information. However, you can add a calendar view in Tables to track your appointment submission. We've got a guide about How to Add a Calendar View in Jotform Tables that will help you do it. Whether the same time can be booked or not depends on your appointment field settings, which are easy to configure. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder,
- Click on the Appointment field,
- Then, click on the properties button containing a gear icon.
4. In Appointment Properties, go to the advanced tab.
5. In the Appointment Type section, select One-on-one, if you want to make each slot available to one person.
6. In the Appointment Type section, select Group, if you want to make each slot available to multiple people. Also, the maximum number of attendees per slot can be configurable for Group type.
Let us know if you need any other help.
