Hi Jen,
Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. I see you're using the Multiple Choice field to create your Paragraph. To show them side by side, you can inject the below CSS Code to your form:
/* Display multiple choice label and sublabel side by side -#18676481 */
label#label_52 {
width: 300px ! important;
}
label#label_input_52_0 {
width: 300px;
margin-top: -490px;
}
input#input_52_0 {
margin-left: 320px;
margin-top: -490px;
}
/* Code ends here */
It's really easy to do, let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the paint roller icon.
- Select the Styles tab.
- Scroll down through Inject Custom CSS and enter your CSS code.
That's it. Here's a link to my demo form that you can clone, and below is what it looks like afterward:
Let us know if you need any more help.

Can you please confirm if this is what you want to achieve? Take a look at the screencast below:
If so, can you please confirm if you want to expand the width of the first and second paragraphs so we can help you achieve this?

Hi Jennifer,
You can do simple edits on Jotform's PDF editor. It'ss easy to do it, let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, on the top left of the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Form Builder with a Dropdown Arrow.
2. Select PDF editor. It will then open the PDF view.
3. Now just click on the field that you want to move on top of your heading, and drag it upwards.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Jennifer,
Unfortunately, your screenshot didn't reach this thread, as it was sent in email. Can you send it again following this guide? Meantime, I checked your PDF Editor but can't seem to locate the field from your first screenshot.
Once we hear back from you, we'll have a better idea of what's going on and how to help.
