I keep getting the You've run out of upload Quota warning message even after purging submissions.

    Hi,

    I am trying to free up space so I can run one short form, for aproximately 20 submissions - with no attachments - within the free pricing structure.

    I have deleted my previous form and submissions and purged them.

    It has been over a month since the last form was used/submissions made.

    I check in my account and it shows I am not currently over - see screenshot.

    Why do I still keep getting the message - you've run out of upload quota?


    How can I run this new very small questionnaire on a free plan?

    Hi Melanie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and confirmed that it's below the limits. I then manually recalculated your account limits and cleared your form caches. The warning message should now disappear from your account.
