Hi Jax,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your form is showing this error message as it was conditionally disabled. You can enable it from the form settings. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange bar located at the top.
- Under the Form Settings tab, click the button under the Form Status.
- On the modal screen, change the form status to Enable.
That's it. We also have a guide here that will show you how to enable the disabled form.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

It sounds like you’re encountering an issue with viewing your petition form due to an error message. To resolve this:
- Check for Errors: Review the error message carefully for clues about what might be wrong.
- Verify Form URL: Ensure that the URL you are using to access the form is correct and complete.
- Permissions: Make sure that the form is set to be visible to the public or to the intended audience.
- Browser Issues: Try clearing your browser cache or accessing the form from a different browser or device.
- Platform Support: If you’re using a form-building platform, consult their support documentation or contact their support team for help.
If you provide more details about the error, I might be able to offer more specific advice.
