How to send forms in a cluster?

    Hey there,

I own a teeth whitening business and I have three forms that I want to send to clients prior to their visit to read over and sign, and then they''ll be in the cloud for me to review prior to their arrival.

I see that there are "forms", of which I made three. But then I am having a hard time figuring out how to send them all in a cluster? Then I realized maybe I was supposed to make a "sign template" instead? Could you help me with: which form I should use? and how to send it in a batch for clients to complete?

    Thanks

    Amanda

    Hi Amanda,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. What you can do is create an app to add all three forms in there, and only share the app link. Let me show you how to create an app:

    1. On your My Forms page, tap on the icon next to Form Builder on the top-left side and tap on My Apps.
    2. On your My Apps page, tap on the purple Create App button on the top-left side of the screen.
    3. Select Start from Scratch

Finally, you can add the forms in your App and publish it.

    1. On the App Builder page, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Select the Form element and select the forms
    3. Click on Add Forms and That's it.
