Building a data base for a national veterans organization

    I am Charles Bennett, the Historian General for the Military Order of the World Wars (www.moww.org).

    I have been assigned the task of building a data base that would include individual data elements such as telephone numbers, web site addresses, etc. This data base needs to be able to use on-line forms that would automatically load into a searchable spread sheet. It would also allow members to submit Word documents and jpg pictures.

    If you could assist with such a project I would appreciate a price quote.

    Finally, as I understand you want us to build your project for you, I'm afraid we don't provide custom form creation or designing services, but you're welcome to work with a third party who may be able to help you. You can check out our Jotform Solutions Partner Directory for a list of consultants who've asked to be included. 

    You can get in touch with the right Solutions Partner for you by sorting them by location, type of service, industry, language support, or partner tier. Just fill out the contact form for the Jotform partner you'd like to work with, so they can make the necessary preparations to help you.
