How do I set up my form so that no matter what, I receive a submission email with additional conditions that if whoever fills out the form and selects Jonny and Cassie on the dropdown menu, Jonny and Cassie receive an email as well? I want to receive an email always, and I want others to receive emails under certain conditions. Is it possible to send 10 emails with one submission?

    Hi Dan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand what you’d like to do, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

    Hi Dan,

Thanks for your patience. Yes, you can set up a condition where an email is sent to multiple email addresses based on the selected option in the form fields. You will also always receive an email whenever a submission is made. Here's how to do it:

Create two email notifications. Notification emails are usually created automatically.

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings

    2. Choose Emails on the left side panel.

    3. Click on Add Email.

    4. Choose Notification Email.

    5. Click on Recipient, then enter your email address and click Save.

Create another notification email and enter all the email addresses you want to receive notifications.

    6. Click on Add Email again and choose Notification.

    7. Then enter all the email addresses you want to receive notifications and click Save.

Now create a conditional logic to receive and email. In this sample form, I already created a single choice field and included Jonny and Cassie.

    1. Click on Settings and choose Conditions.

    2. Then select Change Email Recipient.

    3. And enter the conditional logic for the email notification to be sent to the nominated email in email Notification 2 and click Save. Check the conditional logic format below:

Now, every time the form is submitted and Jonny and Cassie are selected in the option, a notification email will be sent to the email addresses entered in Notification 1 and Notification 2.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
