Greeting,
We are having a problem with sending the notification email when a customer signs a form, it takes up to 40 minutes to receive the email. The day to day of our activities merits that when a client signs the form (consent) is received to the mail that we have registered (hiringinsuranceconsent@gmail.com) with the form.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly, I was able to make a submission but was able to receive an email a minute after. Check out the screenshots below to see my results:
