I got an email telling me i was almost at my limit of monthly submissions. How is that determined? Any one month? average?
Thanks.

Hi Keltn,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is easy to determine your usage. Let me show you how:
- On the My Forms page, click on your Avatar in the upper-right corner.
- Click on Settings.
- On the left menu, select Usage.
You can then view your reset date and current usage on that page. You can also get to that page by going here. If you want to increase your limits, you can upgrade your account. Let me walk you through it:
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Thanks.

Hi Keltn,
Upon checking your account, I can confirm that you're far from reaching your limit. You may View Your Usage Here.
You can also delete submissions, clear your trash and Clear Your Cache to free up some space when you reach your limit. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
