Limit of Submissions

Why does the message "You have almost reached your submission limit" 3 days AFTER it should have been reset (the 1st of the month).

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When checking, it seems that your Total Submissions is 450/500. Total Submissions does not reset monthly, and you will need to delete submissions and purge them to free up space. You can delete submissions on your Tables. Let me show you how.

1. On Form Builder, click on Form Builder on the upper left, then select Tables.
2. On Tables, select the submissions you want to delete, by clicking on the boxes next to your submissions.
3. Click on Delete, then click on Move To Trash.
   
   
4. Then click on the Three Vertical Dots next to your table name.
5. Click on Trashed Entries, click on Select All, click on Delete Forever, then Delete.
   

This should free up some space for your Total Submissions. Please be reminded to download your submissions to keep a record when deleting and purging.
