On my form, we take orders. I'd like to limit the number a customer can order to 0-2. It does not allow me to put in 0, so I can only say 1-2.
This is on my account attached to lynnrwill

Hi Lynn,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, setting the default range dropdown/textbox quantity to 0 is no longer possible. This update was made to prevent the submission of required products without being selected. However, setting the default quantity to 1 won't cause any issues if the product is not selected. It won't cause any problems in your form. However, I have forwarded your ticket as feedback to our relevant team regarding the possibility of causing confusion with a customer.
We appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.

We no longer have the check box because that was confusing our customers. They would check but then not enter a Quantity. How can we limit each item to 2 or less? Can I use a different set up all together?
Thanks for your quick response

Hi Lynn,
You can set the limit on the quantity of the product in the Product Settings. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click the Wand icon of the Product Field.
- Go to the Options tab, and click the Pen icon of the Quantity Selector.
- Select Dropdown and set the Range to 1 to 2.
- Then, click Save.
Check out the screenshot of the result below:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

The problem is that we took the check box away. Since 0 is not an option....we need the check box back. How do we do that??

Is there anyway you can override it so we can have 0-2 as an option? Our customers found the check box very confusing! And we often got empty orders

Hi Lynn,
I'm sorry for the confusion. You will get the checkbox back in your product list by deleting the CSS Code added to your form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click the Paint Roller icon on the upper right corner of the panel.
- Go to the Style tab and scroll down to the Inject Custom CSS input box.
- Then, Remove the CSS Code.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
