Hi ecace,
You can set your form to Private, but users will need to sign in or create a Jotform account to access it. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
- Under Quick Share, click the Settings link at the top-right of the form’s direct URL.
- Select Private in access settings.
You can then share your form using the option provided below. If you have a Starter plan, you can only invite 10 people.
Then, your users will be prompted to see the following page:
However, if you do not want your clients to go through this entire process. You must make your form public and password-protected. Then, send the form's URL and password to their email address. We have a guide to help you learn on How to Password Protect Your Form.
