If the Payment Submissions limit is reached, will forms still be available?

We've roughly estimated the number of payment submissions we need, and it should be within the limit in the Standard - Gold pricing plan. However, we'd like to know: if this limit is reached, can forms with payments still be submitted and we'll be charged later? Or will this feature be unavailable immediately once the limit is reached?

    Hi onecircleit,

The Payment Submissions limit is a monthly limit. So, with the Gold plan, you can collect up to 1,000 payment submissions per month. This is the total number of submissions, from all your forms with payment integrations, your account can receive monthly.

Once you reach the Payment Submissions limit, all your forms with payment integrations will be disabled, and you'll need to wait for your Monthly Limits to reset. You can check out the Usage tab of your Account Settings to see when they will reset. I also suggest that you check out our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
