Hi, I am trying to add free text to the bottom of a multiple choice choice field. I followed the steps on the below and can't seem to replicate it? I also have a multiple choice option which has several questions, however within this I want to only allow the user the option the answer the either the first or second option not both. Is there a way to do this?

    Thanks.

    Hello Brady,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. If you can share the link to your form, I can check it out and help you with a solution. Also, can you take a screenshot of the fields in question and what you wanted to achieve, and share it with our Support Forum so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with this? This guide will show you how to do that.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
