skip approval step

is there a way to skip approval step and continue to the next one if it is not completed in 7 days?

Thanks for reaching out to the Jotform Support. You can customize the Approval Settings and set up a automatic response after a certain amount of time. Let me show you both:

1. Select the Approval’s gear icon to open properties.
2. Click on Advanced tab at the right. 
3. Turn on the Automatically Finish the Task. 
4. Set up the Autofinish After parameters.
5. Select the Defatult Outcome to be taken after autofinish time.
