Form Fields Weren't Configured Properly

    Hi there, I built a form based on a PDF upload recently and organised the prefill through Monday.com. We have just used the form in real time but the data has moved all the form fields around.Form Fields Werent Configured Properly Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Hi Angie,

    Thanks for using Jotform. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the fields weren't configured correctly. Let me show you how to fix it:

    1. In Smart PDF Forms, in the opening menu, drag and drop the field to the suitable area. Form Fields Werent Configured Properly Image 1 Screenshot 30 You can see my result below:
