I have set up 3 autoresponder emails and they seem to be set up right but when someone books on my website it sends the wrong email to them. I am not sure what I am doing wrong and would love to work on this asap. For example in the screenshot below she booked my make me legit package but the email for the done deal package was sent to her instead.

Hi Briana,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
But as you can see from the screenshot above, I received 2 emails, one for the Make Me Legit package, and the other for the Done Deal Package. The reason is that you have an Autoresponder Email for the Done Deal Package product that doesn't have any condition set. That means, even if a form user selects a different product from your form, they will still receive the said email, plus the correct email for their select product. Check out the screenshot below:
You may want to set a condition for the Done Deal Package Autoresponder Email as well, so it can only be sent to recipients who chose a product related to it. Here's how:
- In Form Builder, select Settings from the orange navigation bar.
- Go to Conditions and click on Add Condition.
- Select Change Email Recipient from the list.
- Set the condition as shown below:
- Don't forget to click on Save once done.
Once everything is set, the correct Autoresponder Email should now be sent to a form user solely based on their selected product.
