Email address frequently added on bounce list

Recently this account "treasurer@unioncountydst.org" keeps going onto the Bounce list. This has to be like the 5th time in less than a month. I just removed it from the list over the weekend. It seems since I've shared submissions using the Google Sheet integration, that this problem has arrived. I've made the Google sheet editable so I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it. Does it think I'm sharing JotForm permissions outside the single sign-on? It also seems to happen when I use the JotForm app. Is there a setting I need to check, because this is becoming a problem.

Also can you please check to see if finsec@unioncountydst.org is on the bounce list. I have them setup to receive notifications that they are no longer receiving.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking, both emails are not in our Bounce List. To avoid this issue in the future, you may want to check out this a guide on How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues. Or you could also whitelist our IP addresses to avoid emails being blocked due to any security filter, this guide will help you do that.
