    Good afternoon,

I have started to use jotform for forms with my job, they are working great, except I created a form, too many people registreed multiple times for the event and I reached my 100 submission limit on Friday. I thought it would reset on Sunday the start of a new month, but it has not. Is there anything i can do? I know I can have IT create a form with the university account, I was trying to do some things with in the department.

    Hi Jeri,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As your account is on a Free plan, your Monthly Submissions were limited to a 100 each month. I checked your account and recalculated your Monthly Submissions, it now shows 0 used out of 100. Can you try to log in back to your account and check if you'll still see the warning message?

Also, to understand more about your account usage and limits, check out this guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits. Additionally, you may upgrade your account to avoid this issue in the future, you may also check out our pricing page to know the benefits and limits of each plan.

So do you have to email at the start of a new month for submissions to update ?

    Hi Jeri,

The Monthly Submissions limit normally resets automatically every month on the date showing in your Account Usage Page. There might be some data glitch sometimes, but if this happens again in the future, you can try clearing your form's cache. If that did not work, you can just reply to this thread, or you can create a new forum thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help.
