Hello,
Is it possible to force a user to select a date beyond the current date? We are trying to get users to either pick an expiry date in the future or to set an actual date. People are still struggling with understanding so I am trying to add code to prevent it from happening. I would appreciate any feedback on this.
For example they are putting the current date in this box when they really shouldn't be entering anything for no expiry date.

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Date Picker field instead of the Date Picker widget. Let me show you how to do this:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element on the left side of the page.
- Select Date Picker from the Basic tab.
- Click on the Gear icon.
- From the Options tab, select the Default Date to None.
Here's the result:
As you can see from the screenshot above, there's no current date that's automatically been added. We also have a guide on How To Use The Date Limits Options that you can check out.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
