Private Title

I want to create a title for a form that only I can see. I'm using the same form for 2 different channels but want to be able to track the channel on my end (local paper vs magazine) but obviously, I don't want anyone else to see the title. How can I do that?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you talking about this form? When I checked it, I saw that you've already set the form for its Page Title to be hidden. Check out the screenshot below:

That means, you don't need to set up anything as the page title will be hidden for other users. Also, are you talking about websites when you mentioned the word channel? If so, then if the form is embedded on a website, the page title will also be automatically hidden from it. Please note though that this option is only available for forms using the Card Form layout.
