Can I sync forms to Dropbox after they've already been submitted?

    Hello Jotformers!

I forgot to connect my job application form to Drobox and have now received a whole bunch of submissions that I'd like to be organised by name along with their CV uploads.

Is there anyway to get submissions already sent to sync to Dropbox?

Or can I export them by Submission ID (name)? When I export them now, it comes out as "uploads_6010156145422346934" (random numbers)

    Thanks! 😊

    Hi halomedia,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. What you can do is edit each submission, doing so will trigger the submission. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to the entry you'd like to edit.
    2. Click on Edit Entry and then submit the entry.

In the Autoresponder email, make sure to disable the option to send email when submission is edited.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

You're awesome, thanks Chris for the quick response and help!

That worked, and I appreciate the extra tip about disabling the edit email submission!!

    Thank you!!

I have another question please. I've set up my Dropbox to save each submission as a PDF. That submission is coming through with the ID number and I'd like it to come through with the full name of the person who did the submission instead. Is this possible?

    Here are my Dropbox settings:
