Jotform App: How can i upload a video and an audio to my app?

Good morning, I deal with meditation and holistic therapies. I am evaluating the possibility of creating an app, in Italian (I am Italian) that gives the possibility to my clients, already existing and new, to be able to listen to meditations, lessons, to see videos made by me for self-care. I would need to understand if using your app creation system it is possible to upload audio and video files without the client having the possibility of downloading them.

Hi Laura,

With Jotform Apps, you can create and customize your apps, and include any number of forms and other elements, like Images and Documents. Also, by using one of our Video Widgets and Audio Widgets, you can display a video and voice recording on your app. Before that, let me walk you through the 3 ways to create a Jotform App:

1. Use Jotform Form Builder to create an app

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
• Scroll down and click on Create App to go to the App Builder page.

2. Select multiple forms on your My Forms page to create an app

• On your My Forms page, choose the forms you want to include in the app, and then click Create New App at the top of the page.
• Now, on the App Builder page, you can customize the app the way you want it. 

3. Use the Jotform My Apps page to create a new app

• On your My Apps page, click on the purple Create App button on the top-left side of the page.
• You can click on Use Template to use a premade app for your needs or Start From Scratch. 
• Now, in App Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page, and in the App Elements menu, click on Form.  
• In the window that opens up, choose the forms that you want to add. You can also sign documents using the Sign Document element.

 To display a video on your app, first, you must upload the video to a third-party service such as YouTube or Google Drive. Then, using one of our video widgets, you can add it to your app. Let me show you how:

• In App Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
• Under the Basic Tab, click on Link to add it to your app.
• Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the element to go to Link Properties.
• Now, under the General Tab, paste the Google Drive link in to the Link field.

After you upload your own sounds to a third party service, you can use one of our audio widgets. Let me show you how:

• In App Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
• Under the Widgets tab, search for the audio widget you want and add it to your app.
• Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the widget to go to its Properties.
• Paste the URL of the sound into the URL field.
