I have created a very simple form.
Each user will submit for each item code/question number, the Pass %.
I need to calculate instantaneously Average of "Enter the % for MPL" submitted by all users by speciality and item code.
Means for example
For Specialty: Emergency Medicine
Item Code : NIHSFWEMG00001
Average of "Enter the % for MPL" to be calculated and instantly available somewhere. Please advise how to do this
Please advise how can i do this

Hi nihsuae,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about what you want to do? I understand that you wanted to get the percentage and display the value in the Enter the % for MPL field. But can you share how the percentage will be computed?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi nihsuae,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to see all the columns in the Jotform table page. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
If there are columns that are missing in your table, you can do this workaround:
- In your Jotform Table page, click the Columns button at the right side of your page.
- In the dropdown, check the Show All. You will then see that all columns are now showing in the table.
As for calculating the average of your column values:
- In your Jotform Table, click the three vertical dot icon beside your last column and select the Insert Column right.
- In the pop-up window, go to the Formula tab, select the Advanced Formula, and hit Next.
- Enter the Column Name, and hit Next.
- You can select the Average at the right of the formula area and select each question on the left side of it, then click the Create Column.
You can also check out this guide on Using Advanced Formula in Jotform Tables.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi nihsuae,
The screenshot you've shared is broken. Can you try it again and see how it goes? Here are some general suggestions:
- Try uploading the screenshot again. Sometimes, upload errors can occur.
- Make sure the image file is in a supported format (usually JPG, PNG, or GIF) and within the size limits of the forum.
- Check your internet connection, as a poor connection can interfere with file uploads.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
- Try using a different browser or device to upload the screenshot.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
