Enabling collaboraters to see submissions

How do I enable my collaboraters to see the submissions.

Also, how do I see which collaboraters have access and enable them to be added without having to request access?

Hi rabbisaks, 

You can let your coworker be able to access the form and its submission data, and you can add them as a collaborator for your Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables click on the Share button.

2. Click on Invite by Email, then enter the email address of the people with whom you want to share access to the tables. 

3. Click the Read Only blue text on the right side of the field and change it to Collaborator then click the Send Invitation button.

For the second question, in the My Tables section of your account, you also have a bird’s eye view of who has access to your Jotform Tables.
