GoCardless: I'm unable to reconnect it on my form as it keep spinning.

    I got verified with GoCardless about 5 days ago so could that be the reason? I made this form weeks ago and it always worked fine. I clicked “reconnect” because it wasn’t showing the subscription options that I created on my GoCardless account…. But I just remains a spinning circle permanently.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    Can you try to delete the product list and add it back again and integrate it? I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches as an additional aid. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Thanks. Is it not possible to see my subscription templates that I have on GoCardless?

    That’s not the question i asked, sorry. I asked is it possible to see my subscription templates? I set them up on my GoCardless account…. Do they carry across to JotForm?

    Hi moody_moose,

    If I understood correctly, you want to sell subscription like monthly, quarterly or yearly. If this is the case, you'll have to add products and set their Subscription period. It is really easy to do, let me show you how:

    1. In Form builder, scroll down and select GoCardless Integrations.

    2. Click on + Add Subscription and add your Subscription name.

    3. Click on Gear icon, the right side of Subscription name and set Subscription period & click on Save button.

    Hi Ibrar

    I know how to create subscriptions on jotform, that’s not what I am looking for, because I need to be able to delay the first payment to a certain date.

    I have set up a Subscription ON THE GOCARDLESS WEBSITE which delays the first payment to a certain date. However I want to know if this can be carried across to Jotform?

    Hi moody_moose,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to delay the first payment to certain date on GoCardless. But as a workaround, you can charge your customers manually at a later date using different payment methods. You can use Payment Authorization feature, which lets you authorize and capture a payment later. Payment Authorization is available on the following payment gateways:

    1. PayPal Personal
    2. PayPal Business
    3. PayPal Pro
    4. Authorize.Net
    5. Square
    6. Stripe
    7. Braintree
    8. CyberSource
    9. eWay
