How do I set up automated signed documents to all signers just be the form and not the audit trail.

Hi Intake_Coordinators,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To confirm, are you trying to turn off the Audit Trail on your Sign Documents? If so, that is easy to do. Let me show you how:
- On your Sign Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu.
- Then, click on Email Settings from the left panel menu.
- Finally, toggle OFF the Send Audit Trail To Recipient option.

Hi there,
I've confirmed this setting was already on. I've sent one doc to 5 signers, after they all singed they got an automated email with the completely signed doc with the audit trail.

Hi Intake_Coordinators,
The Send Audit Trail To Recipient option needs to be DISABLED in order to not send the audit trail with the PDF on your Sign Documents. You have to disable this feature so that the audit trail will not be sent to the recipients from now on.
